At CrownGuard Capital LLC, brokers/referral fees are an important part of how we grow our business. You have the flexibility to receive your compensation directly, pass it along to your borrower, or donate it to a charity whatever best fits your business model. Our strong brokers/referral network keeps our pipeline active, allowing us to rely far less on traditional advertising.

We welcome brokers/referrals from loan officers, mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, CPAs, attorneys, and anyone interested in helping clients secure financing while earning additional income. Our partners are the foundation of our success, and the majority of our funded transactions come from these trusted relationships.

We pay 30% of our gross fees on your first three funded brokers/referrals. After three closings within a calendar year, you will continue to earn 25% of gross fees on every additional deal for the remainder of the year.
